A
Place of Their Own
To the casual observer, Hope
Alzheimer’s
Center looks like a pleasant family home, but every inch was
designed to make life
better, brighter, safer and easier for people with Alzheimer’s
and similar conditions.
Filled with sunlight, it offers
grand spaces for music, dancing and other group activities, and
small private
areas for monitoring participants health and providing care.
There’s
a homey kitchen, a small dining area where people who need extra
time and assistance with eating can enjoy their meals, an old
fashioned breakfast bar/lunch counter, a totally secure and
beautifully landscaped
garden and patio and a hairdresser/barber shop that’s
become the social hub of the center.
