Photo Highlights of the 2008 Soiree

Pianist John Scotti, a regular entertainer at Hope,
brightened the Soiree as well.

Celebrity auctioneer Gene Valicenti of NBC 10 News
accepts Live Auction bids on a classic wooden bench
hand-finished by Hope participants.

For the second consecutive year, a piece of art created
by Phyllis John, a long-time participant at the Hope Center,
graced the cover of the event invitation and program.
Mrs. John became visibly overwhelmed with emotion
when Hope Executive Director Cynthia Conant-Arp asked
her to come forward to accept a framed version
of her original art work titled “Dancing Tulips.”
