Home To Hope, the new program lets
people with Alzheimer’s
enjoy both the comfort and security of home and a wide range
of stimulating activities in a setting designed just for them.

The
innovative collaboration between Hope Alzheimer's Center and
Home Instead Senior Care is designed to offer a desirable and
cost effective alternative for families who might otherwise be
forced to consider residential placement for their loved ones.
With
CAREGiver services available 24/7, Home Instead Senior Care can
help the family get their loved one ready to go to Hope in the
morning, provide a ride to and from the center, and take care
of the participant in the evenings and on weekends as the family
requires. As one family member puts it, "Using Hope Alzheimer's
Center during the day and a CAREGiver overnight, the time I spend
with my mother is quality time."

- Rise & Shine:
early morning help to start the client's day
- Tuck-in:
afternoon and evening caregiving services
